What is the difference between QuickFit and quick release

QuickFit is the Garmin system where the band snaps on and off with a metal latch. It is fast and made for larger Garmin models.

Quick release uses small pins that slide to the side so you can remove the band. It is common on everyday watches and smaller Garmin models.

Do the bands glow in the dark

Yes. They glow and look even brighter after sunlight or a bright light source.

How long does the glow last

It depends on how much light and how much time the band was exposed to before you wear it.

Will the glow bother me when I sleep

No. The glow slowly fades and becomes very soft after some time.

What size should I choose
